Rugged Ridge Return Policy?
At Rugged Ridge, customers can return their product for any reason within 30 days of delivery. This is part of their 30-day satisfaction guarantee. However, some restrictions apply.
To initiate a return, customers need to contact Rugged Ridge's Customer Loyalty Specialists. They will then receive a Return Material Authorization (RMA) and a return shipping label. The product should be packed in its original packaging, including all items and noting any missing parts.
Once the product is received, a refund will be issued or a new item will be shipped. Free returns are offered within 30 days. However, this does not apply to special order items.
Non-defective items that have not been installed should be returned in new condition. RMA numbers are good for 30-days from the date of issue. Returns are not accepted for special order items unless Rugged Ridge is at fault.
Freight orders are not eligible for returns unless Rugged Ridge was at fault. All regular freight returns are subject to a restocking fee of 20 percent of the purchase price.
Some items are not eligible for return. These include items shipped via freight, custom-made and custom-painted products (unless Rugged Ridge is at fault), items with visible wear and tear, items that have been installed, modified, drilled, or cut, items outside of the manufacturer's warranty, gift cards, and items with the "non-returnable" logo.
